I am an independent ghostwriter, editor, and book developer with 18 years in publishing. Drawing from my experience as an acquiring editor at two Big Five houses, as editorial director of a boutique literary agency, and as a published author myself, I work with authors at every stage of the publishing process—from the first page to the final edits.

Since 2001, I have had the great privilege of working with some of today’s most influential thought leaders, including Tom Peters, Dan Pink, Lyn Heward of Cirque du Soleil, and Preethaji and Krishnaji of O&O Academy. In 2015, I handled content marketing and communications for Eric Ries’ crowdfunded book The Leader’s Guide, which was the top-funded book project in Kickstarter’s history.

As an editor at Doubleday and senior editor at Harper Collins, I edited and developed a number of international bestsellers including the New York Times bestseller Sway by Ori and Rom Brafman and The Spark, a book on creativity from Cirque du Soleil’s Former Vice-President of Creation. As Editorial Director of Elyse Cheney Literary Associates, I worked closely with the literary agency’s nonfiction clients to help develop their book proposals, while also expanding the agency’s fiction list. Among the acclaimed and bestselling books I worked on prior to sale are The Love Affairs of Nathaniel P. by Adelle Waldman, The Filter Bubble by Eli Pariser, One and Only by Lauren Sandler, and The Scientists by Marco Roth.

I love thoughtful books about making the world a better place, and I work closely with clients to bring big ideas down to earth with compelling stories and practical advice.
